Order Terms & Delivery

Completing your order here represents your acceptance of these Order Terms and the FarmieMarket Terms of Use.  There is a $30.00 minimum order (before tax and shipping) requirement for purchases. Your order must be placed with the territory that serves your respective delivery area as determined by your zip code.  Do not order from the website if your zip code is not served by the website.  Please visit www.farmiemarket.com and type in your zip code where directed to link to your local online farmers’ market.  

Please enter your delivery location in the "Shipping" section.  Include a phone number where you can be reached during delivery hours.  If you are participating in a group delivery, please type in what group you are participating with and the contact person for the group in the 'Ordering Instructions' section.  

All orders will be delivered in accordance with the following delivery schedule:

In Ulster County - Orders placed prior to 12:59 am each Wednesday  will be delivered Thursday of that week. All orders placed after 12:59 am on Wednesday will be delivered on Thursday of the following week.  Delivery day is Thursday; there are no exceptions.  All HOME deliveries will be made between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm on THURSDAY.  All WORKPLACE deliveries will be made between 8 am and 4 pm on THURSDAY. Follow us on Twitter @twitter.com/UlsterFarmie to stay posted on when we are coming to your neighborhood.

You are responsible for being present at the address you provide during the delivery time relevant to the delivery option you select.  If you cannot be present at the address you specify during the delivery time you select here, you are responsible for contacting ulster@farmiemarket.com at least 48 hours prior to your specified delivery time to make alternate arrangements. If you do not provide notice you may leave a cooler by your door and we will leave your order there.  Our personnel will make its best attempt to contact you if you are not available at the time of delivery via phone.  If FarmieMarket cannot reach you, your order will be left near your door. FarmieMarket is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries, or lost, stolen or spoiled goods resulting from your absence from the delivery address you provided during the delivery time you chose at the time of checkout.
